1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or been delivered. However, we may offer a partial or full refund under the following conditions:
- Project Cancellation (Before Work Begins): A full refund is available if the project is canceled before any work or resource allocation has occurred.
- Project Cancellation (After Work Begins): A partial refund may be issued, minus the costs incurred up to that point.
- Non-Delivery of Service: A full or partial refund may be considered if we are unable to deliver the service as promised.
- Service Dissatisfaction: Contact our support team. We will offer revisions or alternate solutions before considering a refund.
2. Retainer or Subscription-Based Services
- Refunds will not be provided for past months of service.
- Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Prorated refunds are not issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.
3. Custom Software & Development Projects
Custom development services are non-refundable once a milestone is completed or once delivery has occurred, due to the tailored nature of the work.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@jindaltechsolutions.com with the following details:
- Your full name or company name
- Date of purchase or service agreement
- Details of the service purchased
- Reason for requesting the refund
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5–10 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties.
